Hi dear community, boti here.
Today my pokitto has arrived and i assembled it.
I already have noticed a vertical crack on the screen and when i have turned it up my concerns become real. The screen is broken. 
Is there a chance to get a replacement screen?
In addition to that the screw which holds the screen in place isnât holding.
Couldnât wait to finally code smth. now i have to wait more⌠yuck, thatâs life

FYI: we have had 3 broken screens so far, so you had really bad luck
Was the screen in its place (inside the front cover) when you received it, or was it loose in the package?
I will send you a new one tomorrow.

It wasnât inside the front cover, but attached with an adhesive to the white foamy packaging material.
Ok, then it had become loose inside the package. No wonder it was broken.
Are you sure you tried the right screw? The short fat one?
Yes iâm sure.
In that case the screw hole is maybe not the right shape. Youâve had bad luck.
I will send you a new front also. Would you like the same color or different ?
Funnily enough, thatâs what happened to me earlier! I had to âborrowâ a screw from my sisterâs Pokitto (said Pokitto ended up not workingâŚhuh). Fortunately, Jonne ended up sending me another pair of Pokittos, another one of which wasnât working, and so now weâve got 2 working Pokittos and a bunch of buttons (although one of the B buttons mysteriously disappeared).
It just came to my mind that it is possible also that the âthreadsâ of the screw are not correct. These are screws from Ebay afterall, and I have noticed some underformed screws occasionally.
I guess I need to start eyeballing them before packing.
