It is important to note that the TIOBE index is not about the best programming language or the language in which most lines of code have been written.
Well, it looks like Python is the most popular programming language in this community.
And it’s definitely great to have the top 4 available for Pokitto!

Right, I changed the subject to reflect that. There are some criticism about Tiobe (as are for other rankings too) but anyway it is better to be at the top than at the bottom

It’s honestly hard to measure perfectly this kind of thing, and “how good” something is, is inherently biased; however it’s always interesting to get an idea of how things are (also, to see how people are passionate about their language when they’re not in the Top X )
Though it would a SO survey, anyway nice to see C in the second place above C++, C# and other “object obsessed” languages
