Which other great game dev communities you know which are dedicated to limited resource devices or old consoles? For a good community I mean: easy to use tools for gamedev, friendy and helpful people and a lot of players and interest for new hobby&homebrew games.

The ESPboy community is active on Discord. Traffic is rather light in the Discourse forum but you’ll generally get a response if you post there.
