Lost password issue

Coming back from holidays, my brain lost a few things, including my password for the shop account.
When I try to use the « lost password » feature, I got a « ERROR : Please enter a valid CAPTCHA value. » error.

I have no captcha on screen and I use my iPad Pro for this with Safari (I’ll test later on my Ubuntu machine)

Is it OK if I just delete your account? Or what would you like me to do?

I don’t know what is the account usage, but I guess I’d like to see my orders (pokitto and the 2 magazines)
Is it the place to download digital version of the magazines I bought?
