If the gfx would be bigger you would be saying the game is too hard because you cant see all the level. The reason its so small is because you need to see everything to solve the puzzles.

I have update the .zip file. Thanks @Hanski for pointing it out.
Level 16 is an easy one really … but it is teaching you the two-step trick that is needed in later levels.
