I don’t think the Pokitto components would be available on modules or breakout boards, as those for the Arduboy are, so making a Pokitto clone this way would be extremely complex.

I tried to make a simple 3d case for the pokitto but there are a few details that are to small to print correct.
And the fixation of the screen is a little difficult to work out.

Whole Pokitto was 3D printed many times on a normal filament printer before going into plastic molds

There have been a number of Arduboy clones over the years but this is one of the nicer ones and more interesting techniques.
