Should we also require a proof? Do we allow results on HW only?
Personally I would say yes to both. It shouldn’t be terribly difficult for people to take a picture of the game with their score showing, As for Emulator vs HW the Rally game for Pine2k is a good example because on the emulator (at least on my high-end system) it runs really fast making it difficult to get very far, whereas on HW everything is consistent (ie. games should theoretically run at the same speed and responsiveness on HW).
