I did that to one of my cases too. Although it look OK, it does look ‘wrong’, I think the arms and legs help the length/height ration look better.

Why not? The Pokitto is just held with wires through the tabs. You could just as easily go through the holes in the pins holding the case halves together.

Missing it’s arms and legs like that would make it the perfect candidate for that wheel chair car project.
