A pi hat, a hat to allow the pokitto to use a pi0 as a slave device, not sure what it would do with it but I’m sure someone could think of something, would it be doable?
It could be done, but it would be a bit odd since the Pi is more powerful than the Pokitto.
You could probably already hook a Pi up through the USB and communicate over Serial.
